Planning your event
Your Place Not Mine is a full service banquet and private party caterer. We pride ourselves not only in our food, but our personal service.
When planning an event, we encourage you to meet with our Catering Director, Mike Kavanaugh or our Speciality Events Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to sample our food and gives us a chance to better acquaint ourselves with you and your event.
Once your menu has been selected, we recommend an on-site coordination meeting with us to discuss set-up, timing, driving/ parking details, load in, server staging area, etc. The charge for the on-site meeting is $50.
A 40% deposit is required to reserve the date of your function. This simply reserves the date; your guest count, menu choices, etc. may still be altered. The final guest count and remaining balance are due 48 hours before your event.
Rentals:
We strongly recommend that Your Place Not Mine handle your rental needs. This assures that your function is properly supplied with linens and tableware. Prices may only be confirmed when deposit has been received. There is a 15% handling fee for this service.

All delivery rates are variable depending on number of guests, type of food ordered, and driving distance:
*Full Set Buffet 65.00 (set up/ pick up)
Bartender 150.00
Full Service Buffet 150.00 per server
Seated / Plated Service 165.00
Overtime 25.00 per hour
*Full Service includes one hour of set up and 3 hours of Service
